Morning action on Day 3

Day 3 and as the front riders stretch well into Southland the rest have made good progress with everyone enjoying the hospitality of Wanaka before deciding which route for the next leg.

Seems doing it by the full moon was the best option!

Thoughts on attempting old mans range late afternoon? Yesterday over Pisa was pretty sketchy. How bad is road thoughts on weather?
