Ian and wendy are in ranfurly. That was leg of extremes. Evil mind must have thought up swampy ridge. My brakes failed and took an hour to sort out. Then the dark and heavy for meant that the forestry section was by braille. Slept in a bus shelter and rudely awoken by Mr king. Central rail trail not as good as Clyde to Lawrence. Very hot very head windy
